As we continue to experience challenges within our human-resource health-care capacities in Canada in terms of treatment response, it is imperative that each one of us, with support, create and implement a proactive plan of action towards our own health and wellness.
What is the combination of practices that help support individuals towards optimal living? The domain of health psychology uses psychology principles to promote healthy behaviors and foster well-being and are unique to each individual.
With warmth and compassion, Ronda works with individuals to encourage a healthy lifestyle, and support her clients who are seeking their own optimal personal health and wellness. Moving towards heightened, enhanced lifestyle practices promoting stress and anxiety reduction and implementing healthier choices allows individuals to simply “live better.” Moving along a continued path of targeting daily thriving and healthy longevity allows us to embrace our life.
Change can be challenging; implementing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can feel daunting to so many of us. Yet daily, simple practices can be highly and positively influential in the pursuit and maintenance of our own well-being. It is with passion that Ronda supports her clients reconnect to a healthier self. Creating goals within an attainable plan of action, challenging road-blocks and implementing strategies towards optimal health across the life-span is a positive, growth mindset pattern.

One of the key life transitions that requires preparation of a mindful, thoughtful and deliberate plan of action is moving towards and within our retirement years. It is so important to consider and recognize the unique psychological and emotional changes, fears, challenges and decisions you may face as you approach your retirement years. As we all move through the varied stages of change to successfully live healthy and well in our retirement years, a plan of action in consideration of our varied needs and wants is of great value. An individualized plan can provide us with a deliberate, effective and ultimately rewarding pre-retirement and retirement experience and reality.
